I have been dosing myself with, “Spirit Junkie” the book and guided meditations. I want to deepen my own radical road to self-love and miracles.
The Spirit Junkie way to me means three things, living an authentic life, connecting to a higher power of my own understanding, and carrying on the messages to everyone else.

Absolutely love this vlog. Truly inspiring! I fell off the work back in October after being derailed by a circumstance and I just went “away.” I “came back” not too long ago and I realized that I just have to be who I am and I’m always connected. I don’t need to do a structured thing every 5 minutes- I just have to BE.
I’m on Chapter 12 of the ~ing book and February I will do the Spirit Junkie book just the same.
